Mother's day and picnic fun!!

I hope all you Mom's had a great day!!! You get asked this question a lot "how was your Mother's day" really to me it's like any other day besides the fact that my husband doesn't sleep in on that day!! He made me breakfast, yes that is special, and my kids give me all their great gifts that they have made at school, and then.....really I think it's just a ordinary day!! My gift this year is suppose to be a trip to the spa with Olivia, but I'm not sure how relaxing that's going to end up being when my little Diva is involved!!! Don't get me wrong I love to do things with her, but sometimes we "moms" really just need some time to ourselves!! I'll try it out this year, I'm sure it will be fun and become some kind of tradition!! Should mother's day really be any different, as a mom you give yourself completely to your kids, do we really think they're going to let us take a day off from that? Haha..I don't think so!!!

Harrison had his school picnic today, it was chilly but really fun!! He had fun playing with his good friends Jack and Jake, and I enjoyed talking to their moms!! Days like this make me think I'm going to miss being in Jackson, at least a little!!! Playing at the park across the street from where my kids go to school it so nice!
